It Is time to unleash your creativity and start planning your scarecrow masterpiece for this years SPOOKFEST Scarecrow Contest! Dig through your basement, attic, garage, craft closet, and junk drawer to gather supplies and bring your scarecrow vision to life. Create a traditional scarecrow, a spooky character, a hilarious scene, or something completely unexpected! Build it. Decorate it. Compete with it!
