Jazzercise is held both in person and virtually.  New students should arrive 10 minutes prior the the first class to register.

Pilates

Darleen Carl-Beck is a Power Pilates certified instructor with over 25 years of teaching experiences!  Power Pilates mat class strengthens the body and mind.  Pilates increases mental clarity, gain flexibility, and tone muscles with this class.

 

Yoga

We offer both Easy Does It Yoga (chair yoga) and Basic Yoga each week.  Both classes will increase your flexibility, increase your balance, align and strengthen your posture, and improve your core.  “If you can breathe, you can do yoga.”
